The challenge
Hootenanny has launched a platform to help emerging artists better connect with their fan base. We've been working with the founder, the CTO and the head of marketing to shape every feature of this new solution.
The work has been a cross-functional activity ranging over 6 weeks, where we've helped the team bring the vision to life, elaborate the functional requirements and refining the visual interface of the platform.
Planning phase
The inital phase has started with the creation of the persona and the user journey. Being Hootenanny a two-sided platform, we've created a persona and a user journey for both the artist side and for the user side.
